Goal of the Project

Berklee partnered with Whitepage to transform its strategic plan into a presentation designed for impact in a live setting. Our role was twofold: first, to distill and visually elevate the narrative so the audience could clearly grasp and retain the most important messages; second, to bring the deck into alignment with Berklee’s new brand identity, creating a modern, refined visual language that felt confident, cohesive, and forward-looking

Our Solution

We started by clarifying the story so it flowed naturally for a live presentation. Then we turned each key point into a clear visual. We cut down on text and let layout, hierarchy, and visuals do the work. Every slide followed Berklee’s new brand system for consistency. The result was a presentation that made Berklee’s vision clear and engaging for the audience.

Results Delivered

The final presentation gave Berklee a clear way to share its vision live. The slides were on brand, easy to follow, and built to support the speaker. By aligning on the story early and adjusting along the way, we delivered a deck that felt focused, well prepared, and right for a live audience.

Final Result

What made this project work was aligning on the story before design and moving quickly throughvisual iterations. We stayed flexible, adjusted in real time, and kept a strong balance betweenclear thinking and good design. Most importantly, we treated the deck as a tool for live delivery,not a static document, which helped it land well with the audience.

What stood out immediately was how quickly the team understood both the task and our industry. Complex ideas were translated into clear, well-structured visuals that strengthened the narrative.
